Technique
Wave-Wedge™
Self guiding. Tapered tip
and curved profile guides the Wave-Wedge™ through the interproximal space
without piercing the gingival papilla on the opposite side.
Adaptive sealing. Fine lateral wings compress as they slip through the
interproximal space, and flare again upon exit, providing easy placement
and broad, adaptive, symmetric sealing of the matrix gingival margin.
Self locating. The Wave Wedge’s central concavity ensures that
it ‘clicks’ into place to ensure optimum sealing and locating
to accommodate the V-Ring.
Accommodates gingival tissue. The hollow V-shape underneath provides
a space for the gingival tissue. The fine wings tend to draw the wedge
down into the interproximal space rather than rising up like many other
wedges.
Sure and Safe. Integrated placement and removal loop for use with conventional
cotton tweezers or TrioDent patented Pin Tweezers for sure and safe
positive mechanical connection.
Three choices and colour coded for simplicity. Small (white), medium
(pink) and large (purple) in acetyl for strength.
